On Friday I weighed at my trainer and at home.. At home it said 101.8kg and on his scale it said 102.9, I was not surprised, as I know different scales may say different things... His scale is a Dofit Lite Smart Scale and is really incredible. It works with an app on your phone andd it tell you your BMI, body fat percentage, water body mass, bone mass, muscle mass, level of viceral fat, metabolic age, skeletal muscle and BMR. It showed an immense improvement from the first time I stepped on the scale on 2 November as I have built up a lot of muscle, improved my water intake and been committed to my diet. Whooh! I decided to get one of those scales as they are also on a fantastic sale at Sportsman's Warehouse. From today I'm weighing on that. Everything went up this morning (worse) as I did have a cheat meal on Friday and Saturday.. It's a bit sad, but it's very important that cheat meals and "falling of the wagon" by going off my routine /rules also happens, as that is life and I have to get used to it and most importantly used to getting back on track afterwards.. That is what today is.. Let's do this!
103 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 33 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
