I record cheat days so they don't turn into cheat weeks😏

Absolutely! More important to record high calorie days than a regular day but I record it all -otherwise, how can you know your daily average... etc...

No cheat day but some days are just higher calorie days!!! Just limited the days to ensure your trend is downwards.

I do record everything only because it works for me. Might take me a couple of days. I agree that it is the best way to see averages and for accountability, if only for yourself. Each to his/her own. What works for one doesn't work for everybody.

I learned from rosio19, if you like to indulge on the weekends to save calories throughout the week for it, so you can focus on having a weekly deficit. When I was starting, I recorded everything so I can see how foods affect my weight, skin, mood,...etc.

I don't think im going to track thanksgiving... I'll just try to make good choices. And get right back on track the day after. :)

when there is balance, cheat days are not necessary.
