Just watched one of my favorite TV shows (DVR'd)...This is Us. Checking in before our afternoon walk.

We were sitting at the breakfast table this morning & a couple of Blue Jays & some Titmice showed up looking for more peanuts. They had apparently eaten the ones left over from yesterday. Some days for whatever reason they don't come to eat. I put some on the table & some on the deck rail. It's interesting watching them. The Titmice often grab one then attempt to crack it open to get at the peanuts. The Blue Jays grab & go. I love watching them!

I'm excited! I talked to my hairdresser today & I'm going to get my hair cut & colored soon. She's calling me tonight to set an actual appt. She was out when I talked to her. I haven't had a haircut all year & I've been touching up my roots myself. I wore my hair short from my late 20's til recently so this is the longest my hair has been in forever. Still staying longish but will probably get a few inches cut off.

I can't believe Thanksgiving is next week. 🦃 We're joining extended family for dinner. I plan to eat all the good food with no guilt at all! This time last year I hadn't achieved goal yet, but I did allow myself to enjoy the meal with no restrictions. I've been in maintenance now for 8 1/2 months....successfully. Going into the holidays I need to decide how I plan to manage eating. Probably, I'll enjoy treats & goodies while trying to stick with healthy meals in between. There won't be parties & social events with friends like usual. The only gatherings will be family, that I know of now.

If the lead starring opposite Kevin is Randall’s half-sister I will lose it.... that’s too much coincidence!
