Worked so hard - ate right and exercised
Disappointed that only 300g was shed 😢
124.2 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 56.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It could be because after working out, your muscles retain water in order to repair themselves (hence to grow).
