not much of a loss but went to the doc yesterday due to pain in my liver area she has sent me for a scan monday. asked i implement more carbs less red meat and stop fasting till we know whats going on she is afraid of gullstones. so doing 5days a week running and 2 days body weight training for now im a O+ and build mussle very fast so dont want to be bulked up just wanna lose weight.
