Week 3 Keto complete. Waist 114 cm. One high carb meal this week set me back. Loss 2.1kg instead of 3 kg for 3 weeks. Fasting required.
104.9 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

No.. Don't judge by scale coz one high carb meal will bring on water retention. U didn't gain fat... U just retained water. Eat only protein n drop to zero carbs for 2 days n u c it will drop again.
