Bit of a gain, but not completely unexpected after the previous 2 weeks losses. Mostly weight training this week as well, so hopefully it’s muscle building rather than a fat gain. The win has been in the measurements though. 7cm down overall for the week 🙌🏻
76.3 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
