Ate a chicken salad from Lucille's Barbecue. Don't know nutritional values. Later ate about a cup of left-over fried potatoes. So weight on scale is up today. No surprise.

The chicken salad was not my first choice at Lucille's. I had planned to have a Burnt Ends Salad but they no longer have it on the menu. I have gift cards and with businesses closing*I want to use up cards. It occurred to me that next time to order a side salad and a side of burnt ends. Then skip the extra bbq sauce and get blue cheese dressing instead of bbq-ranch dressing. Sunday I plan to order this choice. Also, no biscuits and honey-butter. If I want to lose weight this week, I have to keep carbs super low.

Jenny I am sitting at the park today regretting yesterday's choices. I am no longer in ketosis and am wanting food or coffee with cream or something. I know the best thing for me is to wait it out but I am tempted to go get coffee with real cream.
