Bulk starts this weekend. I couldn't be happier with where I am with my starting weight.

Starting at 95kg and I want to work my way up to 100-105kg, aiming to be 100kg on stage, which is about a 5kg gain of lean muscle.

The grind starts now, putting the work in to the road to Arnold's
