oh yeah... the new muscles are kicking in! started my 2-hr walks, likely helped👍😁 have also started eating just partial amounts on my cheats (i.e. 'cheat day'... i wish!) Am aiming for a truer keto w/a once or twice a week toast w/butter day for proper carbing. (actually, i probably need more potatoes in my diet also)
102.2 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 43.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
