I'm currently at 67kgs I'm a short chic and this does not look good on me. Im turning 32 in Dec and I can't believe I let this year pass with not reaching my goal weight I need some quick fixes to get me there. Well this year was truly a Rocky 1 for most. Looking forward to next 2 months so my holiday won't be such a shlep
