I have started to track my macros yesterday ..... let’s see where it takes me and if I’m going to be consistent!
65.4 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 8.4 kg a Week

Good luck.. I am also tracking mine... I have a high fat intake.. Not sure how to balance that

@66annette in this app you can change the RDI : maybe change there your intake of fat, carbs and protein

Thank you I am trying my best.. I don't get to my calories either. That might be why I am not loosing.. Eat under 1000cals a day trying to add fruit and Yoghurt as a snack

@66annette you can’t survive on 1000 cal per day!!! That’s why you are not losing weight: you are eating too little! Please google why eating too little actually sabotage your weight loss

I am focusing on my carbs the next two weeks as it has been high and I think that is why I did not loose weight. it is crazy how quickly one reach your daily carb intake and before you know it you way over. best of luck 66annette.

Thanks for all the advise. I wil up my daily calories to 1200. And yes dairy stall my weight loss. Just a struggle to know what is working for me.
