I’m slowly getting back on track after gaining about 15 lbs back I worked so hard to lose. However, I refuse to give up. I’m still not the 184 I started at, so not all was lost. Or gained....🤓
Last night I made the Creamy Mustard Chicken from the FS recipes. I used the recipe as a starting point, but instead of merely spreading the creamy mustard mix on the outside of the chicken, I diced up onion, kale and zucchini, mixed the mustard mix with it and stuffed it inside the chicken, then took the remainder of the creamy mustard mix and brushed it in the outside of the chicken. Then I put it on foil and grilled it. OMG! It turned out sooo good! I’ll be making that again! Have a wonderful Friday everyone!
