Glass: 62.7 (after multiple on and offs). So this week I started drinking coffee with sugar. Yesterday I had 3 big cups of coffee with 4-5 sugars each. It keeps me full. Very full. But not great on the scale. I might have to continue with the fast through the weekend and eat on Monday. I would love to start the next fast at 63 or 62. Maybe if I did cardio in the evenings and exercising in the mornings, I could possibly do it.
