I'll take it. Steak and green beans last night. Had to leave a piece of the steak and a green bean because I just was too full. So I have a piece for breakfast or for on a salad today.

All packed for my training days, leaving tonight for the hotel. Bringing sneakers, hoping to get a little walking in even there. Not sure if they have a gym or if its even open but we'll see.

7 pounds to Onederland. I have to remind myself it's not a race but it feels like it. I don't get a prize for getting to a number before a certain date and I don't lose if I make it after a planned goal date. Still wish it was done sooner lol.
