Day 21,
the past 8 days have been a challenge, in trying to do omad and keep under 15g of carbs i inadvertently ate less than 400 calories a day felt horrible and shut my body down. i am back up to 1000 calories a day. I am finding what works for me. Slowly but surely.
103.7 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
