42-hour ends today at 1 p.m. I felt good but a bit tired yesterday. This is my second of three fast periods this week. Have had coffee and ACV with salt in warm water this a.m. Last evening had heart burn. I have been on my current WOE1since Sept. 17 --for 19 days with 22.2# loss if I have figured right. Sometimes I need to review because my weekly loss doesn't seem enough.
105.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 38.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
