Wowza!!! I didn’t think I’d see the other side of 75 ever again!!! It’s not much but it’s a win for me! Now to keep going until I’m on 70 by the end of this year so that I can focus on getting to and staying on my goal weight of 65 next year! I really wish there was a quick fix 😩
