Up a bit today. I woke up early cause Hubby had a Dr. Appt and he couldn't turn off his alarm (new phone⏰☎️) I never fell back asleep fully. I weighed in earlier... And eating more calories the past couple of days may not have helped either.

We met our friends by the river yesterday and there were snacks involved. I only had one pig in the blanket (not the mini ones) & some mixed nuts... & some cheese whisps.

I'm trying to figure out how to feed Hubby a little more without causing me to eat more. He has lost weight as well but, I don't think he needs to lose more. I'm trying to encourage him to eat a more substantial lunch. I don't want to cook different meals for the 2 of us. I decided to cook 2 chicken breasts last night for dinner. Even though I gave him the larger 1, I still ended up with more than I actually needed. I know I could have still cut mine in half... but I didn't. We had it on top of a salad so it wasn't over the top but I could have been satisfied with a little less. And I wanted dessert.

Not worried... Just don't want to get in the habit of overdoing it & ignoring it.

We all have our battles. My friend told me she was doing Whole 30...she's trying to lose 25 lbs. Our other friend said his Dr. won't approve his knee surgery til he loses 30 lbs. He's
considerably overweight, so I'm not sure what 30 lbs. will do.

I haven't been doing a lot of yard work lately, but I did cut back the black-eyed Susans yesterday. I pulled a few weeds today.

Gonna have a light snack and check the clothes in the dryer.
Sausages... Maybe corn with it for dinner.

64.9 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
