Went to dinner last night at Outback. Ribeye, broccoli and salad and split a dessert with a handsome guy. Today back to normal-er food again and more water. Still need to grocery shop for the basics but I have eggs and hamburger to last me through until I get to go.
Added my vitamin D yesterday (dr's order) so hopefully levels will be normal in Feb. This is the year we work on (and continue) getting and staying healthy.
