Feeling behind on FS stuff so sorry if less than supportive. I'm not seeing a lot and I don't have a lot of time so far this week. Nothing new on my end. Back to the gym. Decent workouts but I could easily stay home and hibernate so I need to make sure to get there with no more than 1 day off a week if possible. And I messed up my gym playlist for spotify and added stuff to GYM instead of just "like songs" so I need to fix that. More than once I'm in the middle of a set only to have The Flame by Cheap Trick come on. Huge difference between liked songs and gym songs for me and rarely do the two overlap. Off to do legs. Unlike your workouts, swimming is meditative to me, so I like it quiet. Irritates me when people stand around and talk loudly when I'm swimming. Hope your day goes well. 💛

It is funny how certain songs are just better during a work out - Styx "lady" in the middle of a run kind stalls the motivation LOL.

Ha ha! I have my gym list too. It’s so dang different from my regular listening. And my run music is way different than my lifting music. Can’t wait to get back to it regularly. Happy to see you finding your footing again with your workouts. 💞

DP that’s me. Mostly just logging right now. Too much going on in my life but at least posting keeps me engaged with my health. I am definitely a creature of habit. Routine is my friend. Oh, and I love Cheap Trick 👊🏻. Sorry to all that I’m not more supportive right now.

Got bumped 2 weeks due to COVID stuff. My wife’s a teacher and one of her students tested positive the day before I was supposed to have it. Now my son is sick and gets tested Friday. 🙄 We think he’s ok but who knows when I’ll get back in for my tests. So just pushing through. I’m stubborn enough to do it 😂. But feeling so drained. Thanks for asking 💙
