I'm still in a funk. Part of it is weather-related. It has been cloudy and rainy almost every day this summer. Very weird. I know I couldn't live in Seattle if it's like this.

I finally topped 190. That was going to be my limit. Just like 180 was my limit last month. Maybe I should think about reducing in 10-pound increments so it won't seem so hopeless.

Now to get back under 190. That shouldn't be so hard.

I'm embarrassed about seeing a client today whom I haven't seen in several months -- back when my weight was under 170. Boy, those were the days.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi there When it rains I turn on the computer, go to YouTube and find Leslie Sansone's Walking Videos ... you will find anything for a 2 min walk right up to a Brisk 5 mile walk ... she is brilliant, they are fun and easy to do.
