Well at first I got very depressed about my wait being 18 I was big all junior high and high school I got bullied a lot so I woke up one day and said mom I’m getting a gym membership and dietitian information so I went on 1500 calories a day without exercise and lost 50 pounds in 3 months ( my body originally used to 3500-5000 calories a day) Then I was around 250 so I went to the gym and stayed on low calories I got to 175 then I started hardcore gym everyday and now I’m around 150 with muscle. Anyone who wants to lose weight can just have to commit it is all a mental thing because when you do it mentally and get over the hump of “I can’t” you can do anything
