Haven’t lost any weight really in a couple days... but I’m happy I haven’t gained! I guess I will just need to be more consistent with exercise and drinking water to see some loss.
105.4 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
