11/09/2020 - I weigh in at 74.6. Excited and proud of my progress. I think I deserve a “reward”.
Fri : 5 samosas
Sat : Kiddies burger and chips for lunch. 2 slices of pizza for dinner.
Sun : 6 chicken licken wings, 2 sliders and chips
Mon : 76.6 kg. Gained 2kg 😭😭😭. Had to put in the work this past week to shed off my “reward” weight.

So I’m done with “rewards”. I couldn’t stop after the 5 samosas.
74.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

If I reward myself - I only reward my self with 1 meal, only once every 2nd or 3rd week

You read my mind. That’s exactly what my husband and I thought. If we ever get there again. It’ll literally be one meal. But yeah 😁
