Changed my way of eating a week ago and slowly introducing grass-fed/finished organic beef and wild caught salmon. Bulletproof coffee in the morning so still fasting 16/8 and working pretty well. Losing fat and inches so weight increase isn’t so bad.
93.7 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
