You’ve been doing so well! I also didn’t do good today. 😩 This is a new day, let’s be good together! I’m going to try to walk a little more today. I don’t exercise at all. Happy Taco Tuesday oh no, maybe I should’ve said that.😁😁😁

For me the scale isn't always a good indicator of doing well or not. Sometimes it's up because of overeating but usually it's up from lifting weights or hormones or too little sleep. I lift weights for an hour a day 9 days out of 10. I'm currently trying to get in over 5000 steps a day and eat 2000 calories. My progress stalled for a period of time but thankfully didn't regain my weight and back to making progress again. Each day is a day to do better and start again if necessary.
