Up just a tich....Ate what amounted to 3 actual meals yesterday. Dinner was a snack plate but it was 500 calories. Then I had half a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie & a piece of blueberry dark chocolate for dessert. That put me at around 1900 calories for the day.

I was feeling lazy after we got home yesterday. We took the dogs to the kennel for an introductory visit before they stay while we're in Wisconsin. After our library visit, lunch out & picking up the dogs I decided I felt like a nap. I lay down on the sofa to read & did have a short snooze. It started to rain again so we missed out on our afternoon walk. I wasn't totally unhappy with that....like I said....lazy 🙄

Today has been a quiet day. Our Yorkie was having some tummy issues & woke me up twice during the night to go out. So I slept in this morning. We had a late breakfast then I cleaned the master bathroom. I watered the potted plants that didn't get any rain & now I'm sitting outside. Had a little snack of avocado & crackers & read a chapter in my current book.

Tomorrow, I have an appt. for an echocardiogram. About 14 years ago I had an episode with A Fib & afterwards it was discovered I had a small abnormality (non related to the A Fib) in my heart that was probably there since birth. It doesn't really affect my day to day life, but my cardiologist has been monitoring it since then. I had put off this latest one til I went on Medicare so they could pay for it.

Then the next few days I have to pack & get ready for my Savannah trip (leave Thurs.) and my Wisconsin trip (leave the Tues. after I get home on Mon.) The weather will be hot in Savannah & Fall like in Wisconsin.

We're having the steak I had planned for last night for dinner, tonight. Probably the rest of the Kale salad and maybe some sautéed Portobello mushrooms. We had a chance of showers but I'm hoping they hold off so Hubby won't mind barbecuing.

64.2 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
