It’s just been 2 days since I last weighed myself
This week I’ve managed to do 2500 skipping rope jumps each morning and Only eat one light meal a day(OMAD) .
I also drink a glass of water with a bottle top full of apple cider vinegar before morning workout. I’m happy with my progress . Can’t wait to get into the 70s !!!
81.4 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.0 kg a Week
