Thankfully my weight is coming down after family wedding weekend. About to change the way I eat again from vegetarian to Dave Asprey’s Bulletproof. Still addressing chronic pain & inflammation which has improved over the last 9 months.
94.5 kg Lost so far: 19.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
