I’ve been struggling the past few weeks. I have a stressful work and the old me would eat anything when I was stressed but the new me is fighting like hell not to eat the stuff that’s not good for me or my body. I also study part time and with assignments due and exams around the corner it’s not getting easier.. So now I’m celebrating every gram I drop 🥳🥳
