I'm on day 3 of my fast. I'm feeling really good I just had 700 calories of nothing but liquids. I used Dynamic Health blueberry concentrate unsweetened. I used Dynamic Health cranberry concentrate unsweetened. I used Dynamic Health elderberry concentrate unsweetened. I used Dynamic Health black cherry concentrate unsweetened. and I took two tablespoons of ellora farms extra virgin olive oil I love my olive oils. thanks for all the support it really helps to have people in your corner.
