Increased my steps and walking speed the past few days and weight sweat right off me. Nearly 19k steps today, but that was from 2hrs mowing the lawn and a 4mi walk.
93.7 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
