I'm so excited!!!! I only changed my eating habits and added 30 min workouts per day and lost so many kilos. This is amazing. Dieting don't need to be boring. I love this feeling!!! I can't wait for this week to start!!!
68.4 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

know the feeling, for me it was more about making sustainable lifestyle changes, feel great.

Totally, I use to drink shakes as a meal replacement but it is not always filling. Then you just end up quitting now I use the Annique shake as a snack most of the days.
