Hey MadgaPretoors... Yes I have been eating one meal a day for the past 5 weeks, and the weight has been falling off like crazy. I don't have a keto meal plan but I make sure everything I eat is keto friendly before I put it in my mouth. It's obvious I am not expect at this so I suggest you follow Fledge Fitness on YouTube, I have been watching his videos and they help me with my fasting
