Have had my coffee. I feel bloated, uncomfortable in my midriff kind like full but haven't eaten anything today. I want to do a fat and protein day today. It's hard to give up the 🍞 and croissants. Yesterday my stomach ached after eating. Fasting sounds good right now.
110.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 43.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I've been outside in the hot humid weather a lot. I had a couple of days where I felt really bloated and puffy too, but it wasn't from eating too much. Then suddenly I was 4 pounds lighter, I think I'd been conserving water due to the heat, and when it relented, I pee'd it all out, lol!!
