Back to working on my diet!
118.4 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I was just as scared this morning - but did it and now I know that I need to start moving again. And watch what I eat! Good luck! You can do it.
