Damn it. Could be the weekend. But, I’ve lost 3cm around the waist so that’s proof of the scale not always being reliable seeing as muscle weighs more than fat.
78 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 19 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
