Hi Fatsecret community, so today was my deadline and missed it by 4kg. Looking back at where I started from I think I've done ok, even though I missed the mark I still have time improve... Quite a journey from fit to fat to back again but worth it... Best of luck to everyone on this journey
69.7 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
