Weighed twice this morning: before and after workout. Drop would have been more if I hadn’t chugged a bottle of water in between. Both were new lows.
103.0 kg Lost so far: 25.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
