I wasn’t actually going to do a weigh in this week but I realized that I needed to be honest with myself about gaining weight this week ...hopefully next week will be better
95.8 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
