My weigh in early morning was a lb. more but since I usually get up & weigh a bit later, I got on the scale after being out & about. I was a lb. less & that's what I'm going with. I had coffee & a light breakfast early but hadn't had anything to eat for a few hours.

Back from the dentist with my crown firmly cemented back in. We stopped at Costco & Kroger afterwards, since we were in the neighborhood. I found a big pack of nice medium thick bone in pork chops (my preference over boneless) & a rack of lamb at Costco. Boom Chika Pop Kettle Corn (of course 😁), Kale salad with poppyseed dressing & a big jar of pickled beets were items that found their way into the cart. I've decided I really like adding the beets to salads.

Eating breakfast early...fruit & Greek yogurt...meant I was hungry when we got home. I had a tasty lunch/ snack of a sliced plum, cucumber slices with a tbsp. of Jalapeño cheese dip & Parmesan Cheese Whisps. And a big glass of ice water.

We had a nice meal last night of Pork tenderloin & roasted veggies. I served up all the veggies but we still had tenderloin that I was tempted to have another slice or 2 of. Hubby said he was full so I resisted. There are still some meals I can eat more of....even though I'm full. I made myself a dessert of a slice of banana bread, a sliced strawberry & some whipped cream & I was satisfied.

Not sure what dinner is going to be tonight. Pork chops was sounding good but since we had pork.last night I may hold off. We did get some shrimp at Kroger....maybe??

A few of my potted flowers seem a bit thirsty so I better water them. It's quite hot today. We had a little rain last night but not enough to matter. Time to get up & move....as pleasant as it was to sit here in the shade enjoying the breeze 😊

64.8 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
