Water weight? Hormones?? What is this?
86.7 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Could be both, don’t be discouraged. Make sure you are drinking enough water. Stay away from foods high in sodium, gluten, high carbs and it should drop. Around shark week. I gain when I eat my usual high carbs. As long as you are eating below maintenance calories most of the week. You should drop weight.
