Saterday was a monster breakfast 900 odd cals: 2.5 egg scrammble, half an avo, 160g boerewors, 150 koo baked beans. Doritos found its way for a visit and somewhere between lunch and supper 8 thai prawn spring rolls with chilli sauce. I ended it off just before 8pm with a bowl of mealie pap porridge with honey, butter and milk. Sunday morning began well with my usual oats, banana, pitted dates, butter and honey. Went out for lunch and had Nandos chicken, share-bread, coleslaw and a couple peri peri wedges. They then brought some grilled prawns as a gift so 8 of those went down the hatch. Ended the with two slices of homemade gluten free cake with icing and a skympie. Smoothie before bed with banana, dates, protein usn, and peanut butter. Monday i woke up like i was back in the military.

Oh forgot, Saterday went to Wimpy with daughter to play, had a mocho chocolate, chicken breasts with creamy spinach and spicy corn.

As you know, i go big on most weekends and self correct by Wednesday. When i misbehave on the odd occasion during the week im disciplined on that weekend. Or if im pushing to hit a number for the week and didnt quite reach it by Friday, i push till i hit it.

You are my role model... I follow the same pattern... Saturday was Krispy Kreme doughnuts, folded pizza stuffed with steak, Vienna, chips. Cheese, Russians and polony, 2 toast with peanut butter for breakfast, some romany cream biscuits and chocolates in between and some avo desert to end my day.... 😁🤣😋 Been back to military mode from Sunday... Almost back to normal weight.. Can't wait for Saturday 😁😁😁

I also eat whatever I want on Saturdays as long as it still fits in my calories.. I had 1500 calories worth of chocolates and chips on Saturday :P This way I get my chocolate fix without gaining anything.. and yes, it's unhealthy, but I am extremely healthy 6/7 days a week so I'm fine with it. This way, I don't let my cravings lead to binge days

Next Saturday will probably be a mcflurry and McDonald's breakfast as it's what I'm craving this early in the week already :P

I all, I've been using this app on and off for a while. started tracking my calories again 3 weeks ago. thanks for sharing your stories.

I don't count calories on my cheat day. its probably double my normal or even a bit more.. But its been working thus far and gives me a chance to fully enjoy the day... If I feel for anything my family has in the week, I keep a little for myself for Saturday... I think it gives my metabolism a boost...

@lessthan:- absolutely agree, family days there is no tracking allowed. The damage over such a small period is mainly water and resolves itself in a day or two.

It's all dependent on preferences. I also have some no tracking days but only about once a month whereas I do something small and yummy over the weekends basically every weekend. I lose way too slowly to indulge every weekend xD but if it works for you, go for it ♡
