Woke up not being too sure about this weeks weigh in because I had a few little treats during the week but I’m quite pleased now ! 😬 looks like you can lose weight with little treats in between 😬
94.3 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wanted to add, yes you can lose weight with treats in between. We are human & it's not a mistake to have a treat. 💯💯💪
