Thank you, guys... FatSecret and our community are the best! My goal is to go back to 133 lbs and try to maintain that weight. The latter is quite a challenge, as I was not able to do that yet.
I have to admit that I am a food addict, in the sense that I love to munch on something when reading or watching TV. Nowadays it is mostly sunflower seeds, nuts or dry oranges, cacao nibs, etc. Was that way from my childhood - to go hide somewhere with a book and a bowl of cherries was heaven and still is! LOL...Sometimes I feel like I have no business being 52...:-)

You said cherries.... My downfall. They are in season at the moment. At least they are good for you. Try popcorn for a low calorie munchie minus the butter.
