Not able to avoid snacking at night. Ugh! Got some baked tortilla chips, so 50% lower fat,but they are TOO good, so ate too much last night. For some reason I am craving salt. Not good for the blood pressure but maybe body is telling me something else. Who knows?!
54.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

I've had problems with night snacking too. What has helped me is having a cup of green tea (no caffeine)with a little honey. It not only helps reduce my cravings, but it also helps me sleep.
