Last week was horrible!! Started off good but ended with 5 days binge eating all the wrong things! I was very low and depressed. Not being able to go back to work is getting to me!
80.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
