I was hoping to end the Holiday Challenge with maintaining but ended up 1/2 pound. It would have been possible if I wouldn't have been such a pig on New Year's eve. Well, it's a new year and I need to avoid a repeat. Happy New Year!
69.2 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Don't worry... I was a MAJOR pig on Christmas.. but hey, it's all behind us now!! Just focus on NOW and our challenge of course, lol.

It could be worse around holiday time than 1/2 pound! Time for a new challenge and new weight loss!

You got through the holidays without any bad gains, that in itself is pretty wonderful. Look at you only 12 lbs from goal. You are doing great, just continue what you have been doing and you will be there before you know it.
