Well, between the pizza and cheese sticks debacle and the stress and anxiety due to the MRI, my blood pressure is up. I'm out of ketosis and actually up 5 pounds. I'm not going to let this add to my stress!! I'm going to take time to do some extra meditation and "fat fast" again. I guess this was just a bad week. Everyone has them. It's just time to take a few deep breaths and start again. And if need be, again and again until I reach my goals....weight loss, decrease in stress and blood pressure and more mobility. Actually, it ALL STARTS WITH THE WEIGHT LOSS!! I CAN AND WILL DO THIS!!!!
